Hi, my name is Zion. As you can see, I am absolutely adorable โ€“ I look like a baby cow! I have black and white spots, a white face, and the cutest little black spot over my left eye. I also have one white ear and one black ear. I made the long trip to Minnesota from New Mexico with my five siblings, and am slowly getting used to winter โ€“ I've found that sweaters help when I go outside. ๐Ÿ™‚ Either way, I am very happy to be in Minnesota now and find my forever home.

I am doing very well at potty training! My foster mom has me on a schedule and I have only had a couple of accidents in the house so far. Even for being a little guy, I seem to know that going potty outside is the thing to do. I cry for a few minutes when I first go into my kennel at night, but my foster mom lets me know that itโ€™s alright and I settle down quickly and sleep like a baby. I have only been in my foster home for a short time, so life is a learning experience for me.ย

In my foster home, I live with a five-year-old female pittie, a three-year-old male pittie (both Save-A-Bull alumni) and two cats who are teaching me:

  • The kitties are teaching me how to respectfully approach and interact with them.
  • Iโ€™m discovering all of my foster siblings toys, which they let me play with โ€“ unless itโ€™s one of their favorites!
  • I am getting settled into a routine of eating, playing, and napping (I REALLY like to nap!).
  • I can easily entertain myself when my foster siblings are away or napping. I am a very social boy! I especially like being with my people.
  • I often have humorous bursts of energy, leaping around and trying to engage anything moving near me, followed by a long, deep nap.

I am still learning lots of things about life and need a family who is willing to patiently teach me. I have so much love to give โ€“ could that family be you?
