Hi! I’m Violet. I am a gorgeous brindle beauty with the best puppy eyes you’ve ever seen. I’m very shy at first when I’m getting to know new people, places, animals, and situations, but once I'm comfortable, I am a lot of fun. My sister Poppy and I came to Save-A-Bull after living outside for the first part of our lives, so I am adjusting to living inside and I have to say, living inside is AWESOME! My favorite place is sitting on the couch with my foster humans. It’s so comfy! And Nylabones! I get to chew on toys?! This is just amazing!
Something my foster family is working with me on is training and manners. I am doing well with potty training and kennel training. I’m a puppy, so I am still learning, but my foster family makes sure to take me out often and we celebrate with a treat when I do all my business outside. I am also starting to learn how to let my foster family know when I want to go out, too. I’ll go over by the door and give my foster mom “the look” and that is also helping me be successful. Kennel training is going ok. I will go in my kennel, especially if a treat is involved, but I prefer to be out of the kennel and where the action is! Right now, I’m kenneled while my foster family is at work. I am very food and praise motivated. When I get ear scratches, it is the best ever! I don’t know if I could choose between ear scratches and treats – I love them both so much. I also am working on learning manners and leash etiquette. I am new to this, but I learn fast – especially with treats as motivation.
Right now, I live with my foster parents. There are not any kids or other pets in the home, but I have met some friends and family of my foster family, and I am always so happy to meet new friends. I haven’t interacted much with other dogs, but when I see other dogs, I perk right up and wag my tail to let everyone know that I’m excited about it!

I am the absolute sweetest dog you’ll ever meet! I am funny and loving. I love to play and I just want to be where my family is.

Cuddles and snoozes with some zoomies in between.

Seeing my foster dad when he gets home from work.
What would your dream day consist of?
Being around my family, and lots of ear scratches, play, and treats. And more play!
For me, the perfect home would be with a family who will be patient with me as I learn my manners and continue to master potty and kennel training. A family who has a lot of time to spend with me and play with me and give me lots of love and snuggles. Could this be you?
