Hi, my name is Ursa and everyone always tells me how adorable I am! I have the best big sweet blue eyes and the fuzziest coat. My siblings and I came from a reservation in South Dakota. My sister and I are still together with our new foster family. Here, we had another foster sibling, who we just loved to play with and snuggle with until he was adopted. My sister and foster brother could be a little rough for me sometimes, so I just let them play and did my own thing (we have lots of toys to choose from!).
I am pretty independent, but my foster mom is my best friend. I like it when she lets me sleep right on her chest or perched up on her shoulder. I make the absolute cutest noises every time I yawn. My foster mom thought it was one of the cats meowing once! It is our foster parents favorite thing and always makes them smile and giggle. I like to use my voice to tell you what’s going on, and make funny noises. I think it’s because we might be mixed with some husky (I might get my curly tail from that, too). My tail looks like a candlestick with a white flame on top. My foster parents think it’s pretty cool and also reminds them of the Pokémon, Charmander!
My foster family also has cats. I haven’t paid much attention to them but I think one of them sleeps on the other end of the couch sometimes.
We’re working on potty training, I am still learning but I know I’ll catch on quickly. I’m looking for a family who will be patient with me as I learn the ropes. I hope I get to go to fun training classes so I can learn the basics or even some cool tricks.
Really, all I want is a family to love me and help me be the best dog I can be. Having a human to cuddle with is also a must! Do you think you could be my new family? I can’t wait to meet you!
