Hi, my name is Tommy. I'm a rambunctious little fellow who loves chew toys and zoomies on occasion. Oh, and cuddles, I love a good cuddle! I live by the motto "play hard, nap hard" as that is how I like to spend the majority of my day. I'm a bit clumsy and uncoordinated – at least that's what my foster parents say. But I think I'm just trying to grow into my big head and huge feet. 🙂
I’ve come a long way since coming to my foster home. The start of my life was all but glamorous – my foster parents like to think that whoever let me get so skinny wasn’t because they didn’t love me, because I love people and I’m not scared. I’ve gained weight, I’ve learned how to play – wrestling with my foster dad is my favorite! I might be a bit of a daddy's boy.
I can “sit”, I can “stay”, and I finally figured out how to give paw and to back up. “No” and “leave it” are said a lot at home also, but I’m getting really good at hearing those words and calming down. It helps that I really love my room (kennel) no matter the time of day, it’s my safe place for naps. And potty training – I’ve got that covered!!
I bring a lot of joy and laughter with my bouncy run, alligator nibbles, and lots of snores and snorting with a big smile always on my face! Could I be the one for you?
