My name is Sweet Martha. My foster mom says my name is fitting because I am the sweetest foster dog she has ever had! I come from the mean streets of South Dakota, and I am mother to four babies.
I love to play, go for walks, cuddle, and give kisses. I will do anything for a belly rub and l am first in line for loving! I have beautiful golden eyes and I use them to my advantage; puppy eyes are my forte. I am a young girl but well behaved. I am potty trained, good on a leash and friendly to people, kids, and animals (except for squirrels!).
I am a rough and tough girl and love to play with the big boys. My foster brother is my best friend! I love to play tug with him and wrestle. I just know that if I give him enough kisses, he will love me as much as I love him! The only problem is play time never lasts long enough for me. I need slow introductions to girl dogs and little dogs. Men can be scary for me, so I am a little hesitant and bark at first meetings. Once I know they only want to love me I cave fast. I need a little work on basic training, but I love to learn if food is involved! I am ok in my kennel; I have escaped a few times so you need to make sure I can’t escape. I prefer to sleep on my dog bed near my foster mom and fur brother.
