Hi, my name is Rockne. As I’m sure you noticed, I have the prettiest eyes in all the land! They really shine due to my soft reddish coat. I am just a puppy but I am smart and motivated. I came to Minnesota with my brother and we are currently still together. My foster dad would describe me as playful, energetic, and sweet.
I love to play with my brother and attempt to play with my foster brother. He’s a 9-year-old Pitbull who has about 40 pounds on me, but that doesn’t stop me from trying to play with him. He just isn’t very playful anymore, but I respect his boundaries when he isn’t in play mode. I have not met any tiny humans yet, but have met plenty of people and enjoy them all. I am just a puppy so everything is exciting and new to me.
I am currently being potty trained. My foster dad works overnight so my schedule is a little backward but I am adjusting. I have occasional accidents, but the more routine the better. I am searching for a family who will be patient and teach me all I need to know about potty training. I’m a quick learner! I feel I would benefit from some training classes as I’m young and eager to learn.
My days are spent playing with my brother and sleeping with my foster dad. I eat out of my own bowl. I am working on boundaries while others eat. I sleep in bed with my foster dad, my brother, and my foster brother. We are the definition of a dog pile! I spend my nights in a kennel alone and have had no problems in my kennel. I really enjoy bones and toys.
My ideal home is a loving home. I am just looking for a single person or a single family that wants a forever friend. I am ready for this friend today!
