Hi! My name is Nala and I am the life of the party! Everyone I meet tells me I have the most beautiful stripes and that they love my socks. I love anything that squeaks, and I really like to lay in the grass and sunbathe on a warm day. I like to be wherever my family is, even if I’m fast asleep. My foster mom says that someone left me at a party but I just don’t see how that’s possible since I AM the party and I love everyone I meet!
Since I’m just a puppy I’m still working on potty training but my foster family says I’m the best girl and I’m trying really hard. I usually go to the door when I need to go outside. I sleep in my crate at night next to my foster mom’s bed as quiet as a mouse. I’m working on crate training, but have done so well learning “sit” and “spot” in my short time with my foster family. I love any toys with a squeaker, tennis balls and an antler – that is my favorite thing to chew on until I get my grown up teeth. I’ll do anything you ask for a treat and some love!
Since I just got my booster shot, my foster mom says I can’t play with anyone else just yet but I really like to watch the dogs in my neighborhood walk past and I think we would be great friends. I’m learning how to walk on a leash really well and would do great with another dog to help teach me. Sometimes car rides give me a tummy ache and I get sick, so I like shorter car rides for now. I’m really playful and am still learning what “off” means so I’d be best with bigger kids until I’m a little older.
I’m the best girl in the world because I just want to be around my family and play with them all the time. I’m learning how to snuggle and I think it would be way better if they would let me on the furniture, but my beds are pretty comfy. My dream family would help me keep learn how to be an even better girl, take me on adventures and chase the leaves with me. Could this be you?
