Hi there! My name is Milo and I already know we’re going to be the bestest of friends! You see, I’m very excited to start this new chapter of my life as the last year has been rough. My previous humans thought I made for a cute puppy, but as I grew bigger, I must’ve lost my cuteness as they slowly forgot about me. I quickly outgrew my puppy collar, and it began to hurt my neck. As each day passed my collar tightened, and my loneliness grew. I lived for those short moments of affection where I could show the humans the love I had to give. However, I guess this wasn’t enough as one day they loaded me in the car and left me at a loud, scary kennel.

But no need to be sad because this is where you come in! I’m a pretty easy-going pup, whatever you want to do is what I want to do. If you’re in the mood to lounge around and watch a movie, so am I! If you’re in the mood to play in the yard or go for a morning stroll, guess what? Me too!! I just enjoy spending time with you.

I love to play tug-of-war with my foster sisters Lucy (she’s a 50-pound Pittie) and Noel (a 35-pound Boston Terrier mix), chew on bones, play fetch or run around discovering new smells and places. My dream home would have a fenced yard so I could get plenty of exercise. Even though I like to play a lot, I quiet down easily. This comes in handy with my foster sister Lola, she’s a 5-pound Chihuahua who doesn’t like to play as much as I do. I know to settle down around her and to respect her space. While I have yet to meet cats, I figure they might be like my Chihuahua friend, and I mostly leave her alone, so a home with cats would not bother me.

I’m also quite a socialite, I enjoy saying hi to everyone possible and making new dog besties. Currently, I do not live with any kids, but when I go on walks, I love to meet them! Sometimes, I get a little too excited and jump up (don’t worry I’m working on it), so I would probably do best in a home with older kids, just to be safe.

Not to brag, but I am really smart! I’m completely potty trained and I’m good at asking to go out when I need to. I’m still working on some manners, but I love treats so training comes easily.

Ultimately, I’m just a down to earth guy who would make a great adventure buddy; and while I could go on and on about how great of a pup I am, I think I’ll just have to let you see for yourself! So, what do you say, will you help give my story a happy ending?
