Hi my name is Link! I was born in New Mexico. I’m an only child my mom never had any other pups. So needless to say I am SPOILED and always have been. When I was seven weeks old my mama and I drove all the way up to Minnesota from New Mexico to find our forever families. Currently I am living with my foster parents and their cats. The cats are cool but we pretty much leave each other alone. My foster mom is my best friend. She loves to play with me and cuddle with me. Currently we’re working on potty training and crate training. We’re just starting these training sessions so I have a long way to go but I know I’m a quick learner and I want to make my people happy so I’m sure I’ll figure it out quickly. I love naps! I’m growing fast so I need my beauty sleep. When I nap I have so many dreams and I’m always making little noises and movements. When I wake up I’m usually sooooo excited to play and pounce around. I am so fast! Try to catch me I dare you! I love getting the zoomies and pouncing on all 185 of my toys. I’m still floppy so I fall over a lot and run into things. My foster mom thinks that’s so cute I’m not sure why I’m not trying to be funny – I am a beast! I have been around my foster aunt's big dogs a couple times. I was scared of them at first but then I found my confidence and we played for HOURS. I loved it and so did my foster mom because I slept like a baby after! I’m going to keep having play dates with those dogs and other dogs so I don’t forget that other dogs are cool. My nickname is Chomper. My foster mom says I remind her of Chomper from the Land Before Time. I have such a little smiley mouth and I love to chomp on things. We’re working on redirecting and I’m pretty good at that. As long as I have toys to chomp on I don’t need to chomp on my people! I’m so excited to start my life with my forever family. My dream family would be a family who loves me and wants to spoil me and spend so much time with me. I need people who are willing to take me to training classes and work with me on training a pup like me. I am going to need patience and consistency for sure. I think I’ll be ok with other dogs (I might even love the idea of having a sibling to play with and show me the ropes) and so far I am ok with cats too. No matter what I just want to be loved.
