Lady came into rescue in April 2025. She spent the first 8 years of her life never leaving the tie out in her yard or home. Literally never walked on a leash. We were originally told that she was aggressive and not good with animals. She LOVES her foster's cat and enjoys the company of the other dog in the home. She has done well with all people she has met.
We got her into the vet only to discover that she had some mast cell tumors. This is a common medical condition in pitties. While the condition is manageable and prognosis was good having no evidence of spreading to organs at this time, it was decided that she will spend the remainder of her days in the loving family of her fosters.
She now gets to explore, play with other animals, go on road trips and is living the life she was always meant to.
