Hi there, my name is Georgie and I already know we’re going to be the bestest of friends! You see, I’m very excited to start this next chapter of my life as the past year has been quite rough. While most of my past is a blur to me, I remember the day I was found by the kind humans. It was a cold day, and I was struggling to stay warm. Slowly I walked through the streets, each frail step draining as it took all the strength I had left to move. I felt my body giving up on me, so I decided to lie down. Curled up against the building, my decaying body ached, and I realized my days were limited. Fortunately, fate smiled upon me as I opened my eyes to a trail of treats leading to a woman’s car. I hopped in and let out a sigh of relief, as these new humans promised me I would never be hungry again and that my new life was just beginning – boy were they right!

Now, I spend each day living life to the fullest! I love to play tug-of-war with my foster sisters Noel and Lucy (Boston Terrier and Pittie mix), chew on bones, play fetch, and run around discovering new smells. While these are all things I love, I’ve found that nothing beats spending time with my humans – after all I have a lot of cuddles and quality time to catch up on!

Even though I like to play, I quiet down easily. This comes in handy with my foster sister Lola, she’s a 5-pound Chihuahua who doesn’t like to play as hard or as much as I do. I know to settle down around her and to respect her space. While I have yet to meet cats, I figure they might be like my Chihuahua friend, and I mostly leave her alone, so a home with cats would not bother me.

I’m also quite a socialite, I enjoy saying hi to everyone possible and making new dog besties. Currently, I do not live with any kids, but when I go on walks, I love to meet them!

Not to brag, but I’m also really smart! I’m completely potty trained and I’m good at asking to go out when I need to. I’m still working on some manners, but to no surprise, I love treats so training comes easily.

Ultimately, I’m just a down to earth guy who would make a great best friend. While I could go on and on about how great of a pup I am, I think I’ll just have to let you see for yourself! So, what do you say, will you help give my story a happy ending?
