Hello, my name is Ginny. I have a velvety gray coat of fur and eyes to match. My foster family loves my little piggy snort! I can’t help it, that little snort just comes out while I’m attacking you with kisses and cuddles. I just get so excited! Apparently, this snorting turns into snoring while I’m sleeping too. I’m a Texas girl and was found as a stray. Recently I hitched a ride up to Minnesota and am looking for my perfect family.
I’m pretty new to the cozy home life, but I am trying my best to take my business outside. I always keep my kennel clean – bonus points for me. I am fully kennel trained! I love it in there. I get treats when I enter, have cozy blankets over my kennel, and listen to classical music when my humans are away from the house. At night I sleep in my kennel in a fluff of blankets, scattered with a toy or two. At the moment, my main focus is potty training. I already know “sit”, and am working on “leave it” and “off”. I would love to take some training classes if treats and praise are involved. I also love attention from my humans, but treats are amazing. I’ll try anything for a treat!
In my foster home I have two human foster siblings. The boy is 15 and the girl is 13. I’m not sure who loves who more. I haven’t had the privilege of meeting any cats yet. I live with two Save-A-Bull alumni dogs. I just know they can help make me an even better dog. Blanche is the older lady of the house, she is 7 years old, possibly a Boxer/Pitbull mix. Stanley is the younger man of the house at 3 ½ years old. Lucky me! Stanley still plays like a puppy. Stanley is quite a bit taller than Blanche, he is probably a Weimaraner/Pitbull mix. I am definitely more on the submissive side. I love to play with the big dogs in the house, but I know when to stop and give up. Stuffed animals, bones, or ropes are my favorite but I love all toys, especially fetch!

Why are you the very best dog in the whole world?
I am a super happy puppy! I really would love to spend all my time meeting people and dogs. I’ve been labeled a social butterfly. 🙂 I can’t help it if I just want to kiss everyone I meet!
What would your dream day consist of?
I love adventures out of the house. I’m always game to meet more humans and dogs. Then some games of fetch, kisses and cuddles, and a cozy nap on the couch.
What are some of your favorite toys?
I love them all, but have picked up the game of fetch quickly.
Play all day or cuddles and snoozes?
I need the perfect balance, a mix of both cuddles and snoozes. I love to play, but I have a feeling I’m going to be leaning towards cuddles and snoozes.
What makes your body wiggle and your tail wag harder than anything?
Humans and dogs! I love them so much and am so happy when they want to be around me.

I’ve had the taste of that sweet home life. The number of people or dogs doesn’t matter. Give me some toys, good food, and at least one loving human. I’ll be set! I would love to meet you!
