Hi, I’m Dre! I caught a ride all the way from Texas with my brother and sister, and now I’m here looking for my very own forever family. I’m still a little shy, but my foster parents are showing me that the world isn’t so scary after all. Once I warm up, you’ll see just how sweet I am – I love everyone I meet. When it’s mealtime, I can’t help but do the cutest little happy dance with spins because I really love my food!
I’m still working on potty and kennel training – I’m just a puppy, so sometimes I can’t hold it – but I’m learning fast. I do get worried when my foster parents leave or when I can’t see them, but we’re practicing building my confidence so I can be brave when I’m on my own.
I walk great on a leash and have made lots of new friends, both people and doggos. I even spent a weekend at a campground and had a blast! Playing and running around the yard with my foster dad is one of my favorite things, and I learned “sit” in just one day. My best buddy is my foster parents’ 12-year-old nephew, and I’d love to have a human kiddo in my new family to share my days with.
I have the typical playful energy of a growing puppy, so I’m looking for a forever home that’s ready for fun, adventure, and continuing my training as I learn and grow. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, and slightly goofy best friend, I think we should meet!
