Hello, I’m Charlotte. I have heterochromia, so I would have to say my eyes stop everyone in their tracks. Catch these gems in the sun and they really shine! My goofy trait is quite embarrassing. My body wiggles in all directions when someone I love calls my name. I run/hop all the way to meet them, while my body curves into a crooked prance. 🙂 I moved up here from Missouri (hence the Ozark themed litter) and came with my three siblings.
Some would say potty training is a work in progress for me, but with a 99% success rate of making it outside. So, I’m declaring myself as fully potty trained! I keep my kennel clean overnight too. Bonus points for me! I sleep through the night in my kennel and anytime my humans leave the house. I don’t make a peep when I go into my kennel for the night, just in the morning a bit – I need to wake the humans somehow so I can go out. At night I sleep in my kennel in a fluff of blankets, scattered with a toy or two. Then my human throws a blanket over the top to make it nice and cozy, they even play classical piano music for me while I rest.
I know how to “sit”, and I’m continuing to work on “leave it” and “off”. I just get so excited! You can’t blame me for jumping and kissing all the humans. I haven’t had the opportunity to take a class, but from what I hear I’m sure I would love it. If treats and praise are part of this training course you can count me in. Dogs too! I hope there are other dogs there. I love attention from my humans. I know they love me so much, so I would do anything for their attention. Treats definitely don’t hurt either.
I have two human foster siblings. The boy is 16 and the girl is 13. I’m not sure who loves who more. I haven’t had the privilege of meeting any cats yet. I live with two Save-A-Bull alumni dogs. I just know they can help make me an even better dog. Blanche is the older lady of the house. Blanche is almost 8-years-old and possibly a Boxer/Pitbull mix. Stanley is the younger man of the house at 4-years-old. Lucky me! Stanley still plays like a puppy. Stanley is quite a bit taller than Blanche, he is probably a Weimaraner/Pitbull mix. I am super submissive, my belly is wide open for all the pets. I’m a little on the shy side yet, still getting comfortable with my dog friends in the house. So, for now I just run and chase them in the backyard. I also sneak in a kiss or two when they aren’t paying attention.

Why are you the very best dog in the whole world?
I’ve heard my humans call me a “gentle soul”. They gush about my demeanor and how any family would be lucky to have me. I do love to love!
What would your dream day consist of?
I would sleep in my human’s bed right next to them and sleep in, have a nice breakfast, play a fun game of fetch, then snooze on the couch together in a pile of blankets.
What are some of your favorite toys?
I love them all, but I have a favorite half chewed up Mickey Mouse. Stuffed toys and bones are what I’m drawn to.
Play all day or cuddles and snoozes?
So far, I’m honestly more of a cuddler. I am picking up the game fetch pretty quickly. That’s a lot of fun!
What makes your body wiggle and your tail wag harder than anything?
When I see my humans after they’ve been away my whole body wiggles, I can’t help it.
Give me a description of your dream forever family.
I’ve had the taste of that sweet home life. The number of people or dogs doesn’t matter. Give me some toys, good food, and at least one loving human. I’ll be set! I would love to meet you!
