Well, hello there! My name is Gilbert – Gilbert Blythe. I've been told my light eyes are quite charming. I am all white with a brown spot on the very top of my head. I was born with a short little curly-haired tail that is the cutest thing my foster mom's have ever seen! My sibling (Anne Shirley) and I traveled up from Alabama recently. Your land here is covered with snow, and I'm not sure yet if it's my favorite thing or if I'm terrified. To be continued.
I mind my manners, can “sit”, “lay down” and “wait”. I try to use the bathroom in the right location, but I'm still new here. I'll soon have it under control. I'm a great eater, a healthy growing boy.
Right now with my foster family. Two of the best moms I've ever seen, three wonderful children under 10, and two resident dogs who think I am not nearly as busy as any other puppy who has lived here. They call me Gil, Gilbert, Gilbert Grape, Gilly, GillyWeed, Gilly Goat – I think they're trying to learn my name!
Like my namesake, I'm outgoing and charismatic. I'm ready to jump into any adventure with a forever family. If you give me the love, attention, training, and the care I need – I will be a great and loyal breed ambassador!
