Hey there, I'm Jack, a pup with many names! Well, not really, but sometimes it feels like it. You can just call me Jack. I'm a young and enthusiastic dog with a heart that's always hungry for love and a tummy that's always ready for food!
I'm all for working for my treats, and I find joy in every meal that comes my way. I'm not picky at all – I'll sample just about anything you put in front of me. Being around people is what I love most. I might start off a bit shy, but I warm up quickly and will eagerly seek your affection if I trust you. Just give me a little space initially; I like to get a feel for the situation before I get too close.
I'm learning to enjoy my alone time in my cozy crate. It's a work in progress, but I'm getting there. I have this cool disappearing act I do – you'll turn your head, and poof! I'm gone. Magic, right? (But I probably haven’t gone too far – just look behind you and that’s where I usually am.) I'm also a diligent student when it comes to learning commands like "sit," "stay," and "come." My fosters say I haven’t quite gotten them yet, but I like the treats and praise they give me when I act like I understand what they’re saying. And let me tell you, I'm almost a pro at being housebroken! Just one little accident when I first arrived at my foster home. I've got the backyard routine down pat. Every day, I'm gaining more confidence and getting used to the hustle and bustle of city life.
All in all, I'm Jack: a lovable, eager-to-learn quiet pup with a bit of magic up my sleeve and a heart ready to charm you in every way!
