My name is Benzi. I have a soft white coat with black spots, and the cutest pink feet and nose. In the summer I will need sun block for my pink nose! I was found in New Mexico all by myself at a gas station covered in oil, I do not know what happened to my siblings or mom. I am a small peanut of a dog weighing in at 10 pounds! Do not let my size fool you – I am small, but I am fierce! I can stand my ground with my foster brother puppy who is twice my size and I give as much as I take. When it's warm out I love to be outside, and I love to find all of the mud and sticks. I am a happy puppy, I love to play with my foster siblings and all of our toys!
I love to wrestle with my foster brother puppy – we have the best wrestling matches, and my foster mom is always telling us to be nice to each other! We grab at each other’s faces and ears and pull, then cry when it starts to hurt, but that does not stop us. I am having so much fun at my foster home!
I am still working on potty training, and it's slowly coming together. I am also working on kennel training, but I am not a fan. I love to hang out in my foster brother’s kennel, but not mine. I cry and screech for a few minutes, but eventually settle down.
I am not afraid to let people know when I am upset or unhappy. I love to tell my foster mom when it is time for cuddles and love. I will bark at her and ask to be picked up and cuddled with. I have no shame in coming between my mom and her dogs to steal all the love. I love to be near my person, I follow my foster mom everywhere she goes. I love to cuddle with my pack and I like to be right in the middle of the pile so I get cuddles from all directions.
I would love a home where I have dog siblings who will play with me and teach me how to be a dog. I am good with kids too! I love to be with my people, so I want someone who is home often and will let me cuddle and sleep with them. Could this be you?
