Hi my name is Benny! I am a beautiful brindle boy who was brought up in a transport from Texas with my brother. We each went to separate foster homes to learn some manners. I have the sweetest eyes and I just want to be loved and feel safe. The markings on my feet and paws look like socks, which is a great idea for a name! My foster mom says I am a great cuddler and loves my snuggles when I get tired.
I currently sleep in my kennel in my foster parents’ bedroom. I let them know if I have to go potty at night, but I usually make it through the night. I sleep with my toy lambchop every night! I am still working on my potty training, but I always aim to go on my potty pad.
I love to play with my foster sister Olive. She was adopted from Save-A-Bull and treats me like one of her babies. She has taught me to be gentle with my chewing and I just love to run and play with her in the backyard. My foster brother Duncan is older and a bit cranky, but he teaches me boundaries.
I am a sweet puppy who loves to run and play with my toys. I ask my foster mom for cuddles when I get tired and I like to fall asleep on the couch with her as she works on the computer. I take a few short naps throughout the day and I usually am ready for bed around 9pm.
I have not been around kids or cats, but I am just a sweet boy who wants a family to love and play with. I do have sharp teeth and am a bit rambunctious at the moment, so toddlers might have a tough time playing with me. I would love to go to a home with another dog, but I would love any home who is willing to love me and keep me safe. Be sure to ask about me!
