We will have local pet vendors, photo booths, a costume contest and more! This free to attend event will take place on the Hopkins Artery, 8th Ave S off of Mainstreet.
Sign up for the costume contest at the JCI booth up until 1 PM, when our judging will start! Prizes will be given out at the end!
