Hi, my name is Oscar. I am the fluffiest puppy you will ever pet! My foster mom says I look like a baby bear cub. I have grayish/brown/black fur and I have the most beautiful steel blue eyes. I have lots of energy and I love to play and chase with my foster brother. I will play with all the toys! I am definitely a people person, I love to be held and cuddled and be close to my foster mom all the time. I sleep at her feet while she works at home. I am also good at playing independently.
I was born in a place called Oklahoma. My mom had five puppies including me. The people that owned me surrendered us to a shelter. One of Save-A-Bull’s partner rescue’s notified them of us and all five of us flew on a plane to this new place called Minnesota.
I am only nine weeks old so this is all new to me. I am working on things and I know over time I will figure out the potty outside thing – my foster mom says I am making great progress. I do a wonderful job of sleeping in my kennel, and that’s where I sleep at night. My foster mom puts it right next to her bed so I can see her and not be scared.
I will run and chase a ball if you throw it! I love to play with whatever toys are laying around, especially toys I can chew on and I love sticks. I really love to curl up and cuddle in someone's arms – I am great at sleeping and giving lots of sweet puppy kisses. I am also really good at listening! If I am doing something that I am not supposed to be doing and my foster mom says no, I stop doing it. I have mastered melting hearts and bringing huge smiles to peoples faces! I haven’t taken any training classes yet but I bet I would be a very good student. In fact, I think I would be top of my class! My biggest motivators are food and lots of attention.
I live in a house with one human boy who is 11 years old. He is the sweetest and I love to follow him around and get as much love from him as I can. I have one foster dog brother, Duke. Duke is just over a year old, he is a lab/hound mix. Duke is much bigger than I am but he is good to me. I love to try to keep up with him and follow him around.

Why are you the very best dog in the whole world?
I think I am the best dog in the whole world because I have so much personality. I feel like I will make you laugh and smile everyday I am with you. I will love you and play with you!
Give me a description of your dream forever family.
My dream forever family would be one that loves me. A family that knows that I will make mistakes but I will work really hard at learning. A family and home where I feel safe and protected. And a family that is ready for puppy snuggles.
What are some of your favorite toys?
I have lots of toys that I play with at my foster home. Some are soft and squishy with squeakers inside, others are hard and rubber and feel good on my teeth.
Play all day or cuddles and snoozes?
Because I am still a puppy I love to play hard and then sleep hard.
What would your dream day consist of?
My dream day is finding my forever home! I promise to love you, snuggle you, play with you, and relax on the couch with you. My foster mom says whoever gets me it will feel like they won the lottery!
