Hi, my name is Mina. My foster mom says I’m scrumdiddlyumptious! My eyes show how sweet I am but with a twinkle of naughtiness. My coat isn’t just blue and white, I have some brinkle of tan on my cheeks. My front legs are a bit bow legged, but my foster mom says it gives me a gait that allows her to hear me when I come running. I have some big front feet too. I am adventurous and bold! I throw myself into any situation head on with no fear. I love to snarf my food! I like to wrestle with the big dogs. I like to be underfoot in the kitchen in case a morsel is dropped! I love my name, as I am named after a young girl dragon master (she talks to an ice dragon!) from some books my foster sister loves to read.
My sister and I were found abandoned in a park in Minneapolis and brought to the shelter where we had to sit in kennels with loud barking for five whole days. A nice lady and a cute girl picked us up and brought us home. We thought we had won the lottery!
I am working on potty training and am kennel trained! I sleep in my kennel all night, about eight hours. I have mastered “sit” and am working on “stay” and “wait.” I would love to take some training classes to be the best doggy possible! My biggest motivator is a treat and if you tell me “good girl”!
I live with a 9-year-old girl who is awesome and helps take care of me. I haven’t met any cats yet, but I live with two other doggies who are Save-A-Bull alumni. I wrestle with an 85 lb. bully boy and a 55 lb. bully girl! I think I like my foster siblings more than they like me. My littermate sister is also with me and we do everything together. I will probably be a bit more dominant as I get older, but right now I am submissive to the big dogs since I’m still getting a feel for them. I love to wrestle and make funny noises, and I love to chase balls and chew on toys!

Why are you the very best dog in the whole world?
My human foster sister calls me spunky, and I am a world class sleeper! I really want to be a good dog for a fun family that wants to teach me things, give me ice cubes and let me snuggle on the sofa.

Punky Brewster – she was apparently a TV star long ago that was a kid with lots of attitude and spunk.
What are some of your favorite toys?
Anything my sister is playing with! I really like hard toys to chew on.
Play all day or cuddles and snoozes?
I would like my day to be half and half.
What makes your body wiggle and your tail wag harder than anything?
When it’s time to go out and go potty! I am really trying not to potty in the house, so when I have the chance, I get excited!
What would your dream day consist of?
Food on a regular basis, ice cube snacks, a walk, playing chase in the yard, a nap and a cuddle session at least twice during the day. I would love to meet you!
