Hi, my name is Mac. I'm the biggest boy in my litter of three. My foster dad says I look like I have makeup on because my eyes are so dark and soulful! I'm also super soft, I've been told. I'm a super spunky, playful pup and LOVE to wrestle with my brothers. I came up with my two brothers from Texas.
Since arriving at my foster home in Minnesota, I've been working really hard on potty training. I'm still getting the hang of it, but my mom says I'm a smart pup! Plus I LOVE to be outside. I just love having a yard to run around in, fresh air is my jam. Although I've been told it's technically spring, it's still pretty cold up here. My thick fur keeps me nice and warm though. I'm pretty good at sleeping through the night, but we usually go out to go potty once during the night. I sleep with my brothers right now but don't need snuggles to fall asleep, so I'm sure sleeping in a crate will be no big deal. But I will certainly take all the snuggles I can get! I'm very much a puppy so my foster mom has to keep things away from me or I will eat them. But she says I'm very good at redirection (I AM a smart pup after all!).
I live with two little humans who are five and eight and I'm pretty gentle with them. I also live with two adult dogs who put up with my shenanigans surprisingly well.
I love it at my foster home but my foster mom tells me my perfect family is out there waiting for me. I'd love a home where I can spend lots of time outside and maybe go hiking a lot. A big backyard would be great so I can soak up sunshine and work on my tan. I'd also love someone who will take me to training classes; there's so much I want to learn!
