Adopted: March 21, 2017
Dog’s former name: Lola
What are the best things about your dog?
Lola is a fast learner, a super cuddler, gives great good morning wake up kisses and has no problem sharing her house with us!
Tell us about your dogs favorite activities, sports or training:
She just finished with intermediate obedience and passed just great. Her dad however would like to repeat it in January and then possibly work towards becoming a therapy dog. She loves swimming, walks, going to the dog park, camping, playing with her fur buddy Finley, and digging.
Do you have any extraordinary adventures or accomplishments?
She got to go on a camping trip with the local Boy Scout troop and that was the best! Hiking to a waterfall, roaming around the campsite off lead (she never lets us get out of sight as long as there are no other dogs around), sitting by the fire, eating breakfast bacon, and most importantly, warning everyone about the raccoons at 3am while resting on dad!
How do people react to your “pit bull”?
They have a hard time believing that she is one of “those” dogs.
Does your dog have any nicknames?
We call her Miss Lola St. Clair when she is playing a little to hard with Ember our family cat.
FAST FIVE with Lola
1. Food: Piggy or picky? Picky
2. Dog beds: Sleep on or unstuff? Unstuff all the way!
3. Travel: Car rides or car sick? Car rides
4. Water: No way or splash all day? Splash all day and all night
5. Seasons: A day in the sun or a day in the snow? Yep!
