Male - 9 years old
Hello, my name is Bowser! I have the biggest, most beautiful brown eyes and beautiful brindle coat. I am a big boy! My foster mom says I’m roughly 100 lbs. I have a very strong tail and like to see how many things I can touch with it. I love to give slobbery kisses! I was brought to Animal Control in St. Paul by my owner, who pretended not to know me.
I am potty trained! I had a few accidents when I first came to my foster home, but my foster mom says it wasn’t my fault because I had an upset tummy. I really don’t like my kennel, but my foster mom and dad are working with me. At night I sleep in my foster mom and dad’s bedroom – I can’t decide if I like the floor or in the bed (under the covers) more.
My foster mom keeps telling me to stay and wait. I’m not really sure why, but I’m a patient boy and will give it a shot. I sit and lay down instantly when I see a treat! I also know how to drop a ball when told to “drop it”. I would be happy just working on some simple training at home with lots of treats and praises, as treats are my favorite. I also love my humans, I get the wiggle butts as soon as I see them! Some of my favorite activities are walks, kisses, cuddling, and playing fetch. Tennis balls are also my favorite – give me a tennis ball and I’m a happy boy!
I currently live with my two human foster brothers, they are three and five. I LOVE them! I am very gentle and just want to kiss them all day. I've met a cat and was a little too interested – so a cat free house would be the best for me. I currently live with my foster sister, Tally – she is a 1.5 year old pittie mix and is about 60 lbs. I am a little more dominant, but I will literally let Tally do whatever she wants to. She’s young, she can’t help it. 🙂
I am an older man (7-9 yrs old) who wants to settle down with the humans who love me. I’d love a family that will play fetch with me and take me on walks. A fenced yard would be amazing, as sometimes I like to sneak past you. I am very patient and aim to please my family – I love it when they talk to me and tell me I’m a good boy, it literally makes my whole body wiggle. Could that be you?
