Hi everyone! My name is Blossom and I’m a spunky little lady that came from a New Mexico desert with my siblings and traded sand for snow. I’m a unique combination of Bull Terrier and Dachshund. I have velvet soft floppy ears that bounce as I prance throughout the house and a cute little head tilt when I’m curious about something.

I am still working on potty training but my foster parents say I have made a whole lot of progress in a short amount of time. It is best that I continue a consistent schedule of going to the bathroom outside every few hours. I am also still working on crate training. I am currently not a huge fan of my crate, I prefer sleeping with my foster parents and shadowing them throughout the day around the house. I love to burrow myself under the blankets at night time and cuddle with my foster parents because I’m tiny and I get cold easily!

My foster mom calls me a little snuggle bug because I love to sleep in laps any chance I get. When I’m not napping I’m chasing tennis balls in the living room or chewing on my toys. I’m not picky, I love toys of all kinds, especially if they have treats in them! My favorite toy is a Kong with frozen peanut butter – Mmmm mmmm.

I currently live with two 60 lb. pit bulls and try to snuggle and sleep with them any chance I get. I have not had much experience walking on a leash yet. I also haven’t been around any kids or cats but my foster mom says I have such a gentle and friendly nature to me that I would be great in a home with or without kids or other pets.

My perfect home would be a home where I can continue to be active and have humans that love to snuggle. Could you be my forever home?
