Hi, my name is Angelo! I am a very handsome brindle boy with some freckles. I love going on walks, playing tug with my rope, and playing fetch with my squeaky ball, but I mostly love to snuggle!

I was picked up by St.Paul Animal Control before coming to Save-a-Bull. I was pretty scared and it’s taken me some time to relax and unwind, but I’m slowly coming out of my shell.

I don’t cry when you put me in my kennel but it’s not my favorite. I’m potty trained, I have mastered sit and stay, and I’m working on come and shake. I have been sleeping on my foster’s couch and I love to cuddle. I like some snacks but I’m a picky eater, I don’t even like peanut butter! I would love to take a training class with you, so we can bond and I can show you how smart I am!

I live with two adults and no other animals, but when I see other dogs I don’t bark, I’m just curious and wag my tail. I think it would be best for me to live with adults as I am really shy and prefer slower introductions. Quick movements still make me nervous and I run and hide.

I would love a family that will give me some time to adjust to a new home. I need to be reassured that everything is okay and that you love me and I can trust you. Once we have bonded, I will be your best friend for life!
