Alana
Female – 2 years old

Hi!  I’m Alana, but my foster humans call me Ali for short. I am new to Minnesota but so far, I love it here! I came from Indiana with my 8 siblings in hopes of finding out forever homes.  I am an adventurous pup who loves exploring new places. I love going on walks because there are so many fun things to see outside! Although I do enjoy exploring by myself, I am MOST excited about exploring with my forever family.

I spend my puppy days playing hard, napping and then playing hard again. I love to play, especially with my toys. My favorite toy is the one that squeaks! I also like to learn new things. My foster mom says I am a smart girl and that I learn quickly. Right now, I’m learning the rules of potty training. I also learned that if I sit patiently, I will get a treat! I LOVE treats, so it’s worth it to sit for a quick second. I am also becoming more comfortable with my kennel. I sleep in my kennel at night and hangout in there during the day when my humans are at work. I always try to make sure my humans are proud of me!

I get along great with everyone! I am currently living with a big dog named Remi. She likes to steal my toys but I am good at sharing, so I don’t mind. I also live with a box user, which I’m told is called a cat. The cat I live with is kind of lame… she won’t play with me! I catch her spying on me occasionally, but I’ve learned to ignore her until she decides to let me into her inner circle. I also live with two tiny humans – whom I adore. The tiny humans like to cuddle so I often take my puppy naps curled up in their arms.

My dream family is one that likes to play, go for walks and cuddle. I would love to have tiny humans and a fur sibling in my forever home as well! I love meeting new people and being active.

I am excited to find a family that I can love unconditionally and a home to call my own.
