Q: How do you volunteer your time specifically with Save-a-Bull?
Besides fostering, I am also a Content Coordinator. I’m in charge of “New to Rescue” posts on Facebook and make sure each available dog has a bio and pictures on the website.

Q: How long have you been with Save-a-Bull?
I fostered my first pup in April 2017, so I have only been with Save-a-Bull a few months!

Q: How did you learn about Save-a-Bull and what made you decide to volunteer?
I work with another volunteer, Mackenzie Miller, and she forced me to volunteer, Just kidding!  I will say, Mackenzie’s passion for rescue is contagious. It wasn’t long after meeting her that I was asking how I could get involved. I tagged along on a transport pick-up this spring and I’ve been hooked ever since!

Q: What’s the most rewarding experience you’ve had as a volunteer so far?
Seeing my foster pups thrive in their forever homes. It feels amazing knowing that I was a part of their happily ever after.

Q: Do you have any dogs of your own?
I don’t have a dog of my own but I do have a cat that fetches… if that counts?

Q: What do you do for work? For fun?
I am a Category Management Analyst at a retail representative firm in Minneapolis. I work with L’Oreal Paris and Target corporate on several beauty categories. When I’m not working, I enjoy hanging out with my family and being outside, preferably by a pool! I also like going to the gun range and target shooting.
